These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and MetaGlowSystem. Your continued use of our platform after any modifications to these terms will constitute acceptance of such changes.

Service Description

MetaGlowSystem provides financial reporting and analysis tools designed specifically for investors operating in the Taiwan market. Our platform offers data visualization, portfolio tracking, and market analysis features.

We strive to provide accurate and timely financial information, but we cannot guarantee the completeness or accuracy of all data presented. Users should verify information independently before making investment decisions.

User Responsibilities

As a user of our platform, you agree to:

• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Use the platform only for lawful investment research purposes
• Not attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Respect intellectual property rights of all content
• Report any suspicious activity or security vulnerabilities

Data Privacy and Security

Service Limitations

While we aim for 99.5% uptime, our platform may experience occasional maintenance periods or technical issues. We are not liable for losses resulting from service interruptions.

• Some advanced features require premium subscriptions

Account Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Users can close accounts through their profile settings. We may suspend accounts for violations of these terms or suspicious activity.

Upon termination, users retain access to exported data but lose access to platform-specific analysis tools. Premium subscription refunds follow our standard refund policy.

Limitation of Liability

MetaGlowSystem's total liability for any claims arising from platform use cannot exceed the amount paid for services in the preceding 12 months. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

This limitation applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or any other legal theory, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
